Coliving in the West is extremely favourable if you are looking to live close to one of the Universities (such as National University of Singapore or Nanyang Technological University). Most of our homes are a short bus or train ride from these universities.

A lot of companies are moving their offices to the West (and you can already see a number of big companies here, such as Apple, Grab and Google). There are also more and more activities and entertainment options coming to the West :)

Another reason why the West is so popular is that it typically comes with a cheaper rental tag compared to more central locations such as the CBD or Tanjong Pagar. It is still only a 20-30min train ride from the city centre though!
